Use the city and service pages to prepare your request.
What we do
We help you compare independent providers for residential pest control. That includes general pests, termites, and rodents in a home. We do not handle emergencies. If you have a safety risk that needs urgent help, contact local emergency services or a provider that offers urgent response, and follow local guidance.
You tell us your city and your problem. We connect you to a local provider. You talk with that provider about scope, price, timing, and safety steps. You decide whether to book. We do not choose the treatment for you, and we do not set the price.
Services you can compare
- General pest control: ants, roaches, spiders, and other common home pests.
- Termite inspection and treatment: checks for wood damage, signs of activity, and treatment options.
- Rodent control: mice and rats, entry points, traps, and exclusion work.
- Ant control: identification of the ant type, trails, nests, and food sources.
- Bed bug treatment: inspection first, then a plan based on what is found.
- Mosquito and tick treatment: yard checks, standing water, and resting areas.
Each service page explains the job in plain words. Read the page that fits your problem before you request a match. It will help you ask clear questions.
Cities in this batch
This batch covers five cities only. We list only cities with a published page. We do not link to cities we have not written yet.
Each city page is different. It covers local weather, housing types, and the local office that handles building or pest rules. It also lists neighborhoods and ZIP codes inside that city. Use the city page to check what is normal for your area, not for another city.
How a request works, step by step
First, pick your city and service. Second, write a short note. Include what you saw, when you saw it, and where. Note any pets, children, or health concerns that affect product choice. Third, speak with the provider. Ask what the visit includes, how long it takes, and what you need to do before and after. Fourth, compare the total price and the plan. You are not required to accept the first plan you hear.
What to ask before you book
Ask how the provider identifies the pest. Ask what non chemical steps come first, such as sealing gaps, removing food sources, and fixing moisture. Ask where products will be used, and how long rooms should stay clear after treatment. Ask about pets and children. Ask what the provider will do if activity continues after the first visit.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice. We do not inspect homes. We do not claim a provider holds a specific license. Licensing rules differ by state and by job type. Ask the provider for its license details, and check them with the state or local office that issues them.
A note on safety and children and pets
Tell the provider about pets, children, and anyone with breathing concerns. Ask where bait, traps, or sprays will be placed. Ask how to store food and pet bowls during treatment. Follow the provider's written instructions after the visit.
Frequently asked questions
Is PestQuoteHub a pest control company?
No. PestQuoteHub is a free referral service. We are not a contractor. When you use the service, you are connected to an independent local provider. That provider is responsible for its own licensing, pricing, and work. We do not send our own staff to your home.
What does the referral cost me?
The referral is free for you. You pay the provider you choose, under that provider's own terms. Ask for the total price, what is included, and what happens on follow up visits before you agree to any work. Get those details in writing when you can.
Which cities are covered in this batch?
This batch covers Los Angeles, California; Brooklyn, New York; Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona. Each city page explains local conditions, services, and rules. More cities will be added only in later batches, after earlier pages are checked. Use those pages to prepare your request.
How do I start a request?
Choose your city, then choose the service that fits your problem. Note the signs you have seen, where you saw them, and whether pets or children use the rooms involved. Share that note with the provider so the first visit can focus on the right areas.
